Policies

We are a small business that seeks to provide excellent accomodations for bicycle riders along the GAP trail and continue to help revitalize West Newton, PA. Due to the extreme seasonality of the business, it is imperative that we  make revenue during warmer months of the year to keep the business operating. The majority of our guests book their GAP trip months in advance and therefore we are negatively impacted by cancellations. With this in mind, our cancellation policy is:

• Reservations can be cancelled at any point within a 24 hour period after booking with a full refund ex. processing fees (6%)
• Reservations cancelled after the first 24 hour period will not recieve a refund. Please contact us for additional details on applying the credit to a future stay. 

We also ask that all guests abide by the following rules:

• Bike storage in a locked shed or garage will be provided. Please do not bring your bikes into your room or the B&B buildings
• Please remove bicycle shoes / cleats
• No smoking anywhere on the premises
• Check in is between 3 and 6 PM and Check out is by 10:30 AM
• Medium sized, well behaved dogs are welcome with a $50 fee. The Garden room is best suited for pets due to its exterior door access.
